Secure On-line Ordering
It's simple and safe to order from Raceparts Direct, just follow the instructions below!
Finding what you want
Use the 'Products' drop down menu at the top the page to find what you want. You can search by 'Product' or by 'Brand'.
Buying a product
If you wish to buy an item simply click the "buy now" button for that item to add it to your shopping basket.
Your shopping basket
Your shopping basket shows you what items you have chosen to buy. You can add more items to your basket by repeating the process outlined above.
If you wish to modify your order you can change the quantity of each item in the boxes. Entering a value of 0 will remove the item from the order. Press the 'Submit Changes' button for these changes to take effect.
If at any time you wish to check what you have ordered already, press the "Ammend/View Order" button at the top of the page.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order at any time by pressing "Cancel Order" at the top of the page.
Checking out
When you are happy with your order, press "Proceed" on the main shopping cart page.
At this point we need to know who you are and where to send the items. You will be presented with a form to fill out your details (this is completely safe and secure). Press "Proceed" when you have filled out all your details.
If you have ordered from us before you can click the link to enter your user name and password.
Once we know who you are the final confirmation page will be displayed showing your details and what you have ordered. If you are happy that these details are correct, press 'Submit Order'. You will then receive an email confirmation of your order.
